Quality Assurance

  • Shandong Antian new material technology Co. LTD was founded in cooperation with Xiamen University. The laboratory members include 1 doctoral student, 3 graduate students, and several undergraduate students. 10 patents have been applied for, among which the precious metal extraction technology is at the leading level in the industry.
     
  • The laboratory is equipped with advanced instruments such as small sand mills, analytical balances, pure water machines, ovens, high-temperature muffle furnaces, ultrasonic cleaning machines, and constant temperature water baths. It is mainly used for routine chemical analysis of raw materials, catalyst process development and optimization, and sample preparation and their testing process.
     
  • The Lab Uses an infrared caliper.
    Using of an infrared caliper for diameter detection ±1mm.
    Height tolerances are measured using a laser detector.
    Wall thickness: (600 mesh standard: 0.114±0.025㎜) (400 mesh standard: 0.165 ±0.025㎜) Use an image measuring instrument.

    Thermal expansion coefficient (room temperature -800℃)/(℃-1) standard; ≤1.0×10-6 uses a thermal expansion coefficient measuring instrument.
    Thermal shock stability (air cooling) without cracking at 550℃ for three times, tested using a muffle furnace.
     
  • The integration of positioning, clamping, coating and high-pressure purging of ceramic carriers reduces the number of steps in the product coating process and improves the production efficiency of the equipment.

    The 4GBD packaging line uses non-contact laser displacement sensors to measure data. The measurement accuracy can reach ±0m. A QR code is attached throughout the entire process to prevent errors.     Hydraulic and pneumatic punches have smooth movement, high work efficiency and high processing precision, ensuring product quality, with a daily output of up to 50,000 pieces.
     
  • Using a combination of high-end automated robots and high-precision laser systems, the 360° rotation radius can accurately handle complex shapes and contour cutting.
     
  • Using Japan's advanced OTC welding robot, efficient automated welding operations can be achieved through precise programming and fast execution capabilities. It can work continuously for 24 hours, improving the efficiency and productivity of welding work. At the same time, the speed and accuracy of the robot can also ensure the stability and consistency of welding quality.
     

Raw Materials

We strictly control raw materials and strictly test all incoming materials.
 
1- For steel
About size: Micrometer randomly checks product thickness
About (other) materials: Use a spectrometer to measure chemical elements (to ensure compliance with purchasing requirements).

2 Pads:
Use a vernier caliper to check the dimensions. The length, width, and thickness meets the product requirements and to make sure the appearance is safeguarded without any damage.
The thermal expansion co-efficient carrier is heated to 800°C to test the friction pressure value between the liner and the pipe.

Quality Measures

(1.) The company adopts independent research and development of high-temperature-resistant alumina and oxygen storage materials.
(2.) Taking advantage of the difference in thermal conductivity between A1203 and oxygen storage materials,The reasonable distribution of the coating structure promotes the rapid ignition of HC at cold start.
(3.) Optimize the interaction between precious metals and coating materials, Effectively ensure the high conversion rate of HC/OX after aging,optimize the position of additives on the coating material,and improve the high temperature resistance of the coating and precious metals.

Introduction And Uses Of Laboratory Equipment

Infrared caliper:
It is used to detect the outer diameter size and diameter resistance of the carrier.
 
Image measuring instrument:
Quickly read the displacement value of the optical ruler, and through the calculation of the software module based on the spatial geometry, the result required by the carrier can be obtained instantly, and a graph will be generated on the screen for the experimenter to compare the images, so that the measurement can be intuitively distinguished, possible bias in the results.
 
Compressive strength testing machine:
The compressive strength testing machine tests the compressive strength of the carrier and is used to determine the compressive resistance of the carrier. It can also be used for pressure-holding stacking tests. It can complete fixed pressure and measurement of deformation; fixed deformation and measurement of pressure resistance; and maximum crushing force.
 
Thermogravimetric analyzer:
The thermo-gravimetric analysis method is to observe the change of the mass of the carrier sample with temperature or time during the process of heating, constant temperature or cooling, with the purpose of studying the thermal stability and composition of the material.
 
Laser particle size analyzer:
Mainly measures the particle size distribution of particles in solid powders and slurries.
 
Spectrum analyzer:
Analyzing the precious metal content of the carrier can accurately measure the content of platinum, palladium and rhodium elements to determine whether the product technical requirements can be met to the desired standard.
 
Three coordinate measuring instruments:
Using three-coordinated measuring instruments to measure parts with complex structures, makes the measurement of our products more accurate and efficient.

Catalyst evaluation experimental system:
The laboratory is equipped with a catalyst sample evaluation system, a startup bench test system and a vehicle oxygen storage test system, which can evaluate the performance of the catalyst in three dimensions from the catalyst sample to the engine and then to the vehicle.
