Why does the speed become weak after the three-way catalytic converter is removed?

This is why some cars clearly have dual exhausts. One of them needs to be equipped with a valve. The valve is closed at low speeds to maintain exhaust pressure and increase torque. At high speeds, the valve is opened to reduce exhaust pressure and increase horsepower. In the same way, if the three-element valve is removed and the exhaust is unobstructed, the low torque will no longer work. In exchange, the response and horsepower at high speeds will be improved, and the fuel consumption will be relatively increased.
