The catalyst washcoat is a carrier for the catalytic materials, which is used to disperse the materials over a high surface area. The catalytic materials are suspended in the washcoat before application to the core. Washcoat materials have rough, irregular surface to increase surface area, which helps to maximize the catalytically active surface available to react with the engine exhaust.
This product is made of cordierite material. It is applied to the catalytic converter of gasoline vehicle exhaust gas purificationafter coating catalyst. It can catalytically convert and purify the exhaust gas emitted by automobile. Substrates with 400 CPSI, 600 CPSI, meeting Euro VI emission standards. Different technical performances of the product are at an advanced level
